Southern Gypsy faq
Orders normally take 1-2 business days to ship. If we have to special order a product it could take an additional week or two. A sale, promotion, or holiday may delay the shipping by 1-2 more business days. Please understand we are working as quickly and as efficiently as we can to get your orders out to you!
We are unable to make changes to your order once it has shipped. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
It is important to attach a valid email and phone number. This is how we will contact you if we have a question regarding your order. Don't worry we DO NOT give out personal information.
We ship via USPS; PO Boxes are accepted. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the US. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information! A re-shipping fee may apply to orders that have been returned to us due to incorrect entry of shipping address.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Southern Gypsy purchase you may return it to for an exchange (less shipping fees) or store credit. Returns and exchanges are accepted on products within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED, WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. All shipping for returns/exchanges will be paid by the customer. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
We are very strict on our 14 day return policy. This is due to very fast pace moving inventory and high demand for our products. We feel it unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not. Orders that do not meet the 14 day return policy will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. Your package will be returned to you at your expense if this happens! If your return qualifies we will email you a code for Store Credit (does not expire) for you to use on your next purchase.
